HORSE FAIR OF JEREZ

Each month of May in Jerez, in the south of Spain, the 'Jerez horse fair' is held where the best horses of the area are put on show.
Apart from seeing the horses that parade up and down the fairground area, one is also welcome to stop at any of the hundreds of bars where you can have a drink (usually a glass of sherry) and some typically Spanish 'tapas'.  These could include 'Jamon Iberico' or the ever popular 'Tortilla', which is known as Spanish omelet.
